- Tenders are invited for Construction of Small Scale Irrigation Projects 1. Bako-I SSI 2. Mechara SSI Bids opening date: Nov 26, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: Different for the various lots A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Oromia Agricultural Research Institute, Finance, Logistic and Procurement office and upon payment of a non refundable fee 300.00 in the ETB. The method of payment will be in cash. The Bidding Documents will be sent by hand. Bids must be delivered to the Oromia Agricultural Research Institute, Finance, Logistic and Procurement Office, 2nd Floor, Room No 206 on or before 10:00 AM on 26 November 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder-s representatives who choose to attend in person at the Oromia Agricultural Research Institute, Finance, Logistic and Procurement Office, 2nd Floor, Room No 206 at 10:30 AM on 26 November 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 200,000 for lot I (Bako Small Scale Irrigation) and 300,000 for lot II (Mechara Small Scale Irrigation) in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
