- Tenders are invited for Construction of R. Education Bureau Fence, Reb Main Store Fence & Dolo-Ado Ttc Fence Lot One - 1 construction of R. Education Bureau Fence Lot Two - 2 Construction of REB Main Store Fence Lot Three - 3 Construction Of Dolo-Ado TTC Fence Bids opening date: 7 days after the announcement on the Ethiopian herald at 10:30 A.M Bid document price: Birr 200.00 Bid bond: 2% Bid document may be purchase by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the office of Somali regional state education bureau logistics case upon submission of a written application and non-refundable fee of 200 birrs for each lot. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2%(TWO PERCENT ) of the bid price in the form of CPO OR BANK GUARANTEE, insurance bond is not acceptable and valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening Bids must be submitted to the Somali regional state education bureau planning and programming department after 5 days of announcement on the newspaper at 10:00 AM Bids will be opened on the 7 days after the announcement on the Ethiopian Herald at 10:30 at 10:30 A.M In the presence of bidders or legal representatives late bids shall be rejected bidders shall be submitted two envelopes in one envelope and separately in another envelope and should be sealed in an outer envelope.
