Bid closing date: Jun 08, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Jun 08, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 400 Bid bond: 2 % Good Neighbors, Ethiopia has allocated funds for the procurement of works - Tender for the Construction of Two dry latrines (four-seat each) at Yergalem city administration, Sidama Region of Ethiopia. and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the works. Bidding is open to all Grade Five (5) and above contractors who can demonstrate adequate capacity and experience in similar works. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders at Good Neighbors Ethiopia Head Office located around Lideta Sub City Ahmed business Center 5th floor Tel: +251-115-57-86-14, Starting from May 30, 2022, during office hours (from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee ETB 400. The method of payment shall be in cash. All bids must be accompanied by: A Signed Bid Form, Registration/Trade Certificate (Legal Status), Tax Clearance/VAT certificate Written Power of Attorney Priced Bills of Quantities (B.O. Qs), Curriculum Vitae (CVS) of technical staff, Proof of having performed similar works in the previous 3-5 years, Proof of registration as a Contractor. list of Equipment to be used Bid proposals shall be submitted in One Original, One copy, and Electronic Copy (both for technical & financial) in separately sealed envelopes before or on the closing date of 08, June 2022, 2:00 pm ONLY to Good Neighbors Ethiopia - Sidama Community Development Project. The bid proposal must be accompanied by ONLY a CPO of 2% of the total offer prepared in the name of Good Neighbors Ethiopia. Bid opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their legal agents who wish to attend on 08, June 2022 at 2:30 pm at Good Neighbors Ethiopia Sidama Community Development Project. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Good Neighbors, Ethiopia has the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time.
