- Tenders are invited for Construction of Jeba Dodoba Rural Kebele Water Supply Program Small Works Contract-Finishing Works Project Bids opening date: 22nd day of announcement at 2:30 pm. If there will be public holiday or week end on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 Bid shall be valid for a period of Sixty (60) days after Bid opening. Bid must be accompanied by bid security of 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) in the form of Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for 90 (Ninety) days. Insurance bond is not acceptable. Qualification requirement include: 1/owner ship and/or existing lease of relevant equipment and machinery (One Dump truck, One Service Car, Vibrator ,Mixure and etc) 2/ Specific experience of at least one project in water works construction of similar nature, 3/ availability of relevant experienced personnel as provided in the bidding document with others additional details. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the SNNP Regional Kembata Tembaro Zone Finance Department, Procurement, Finance and Property Adm. Supportive Process at the address given below, upon payment of ETB 300.00, (Three Hundred) non-refundable fee for water supply project, Room number 10, Durame Town. The method of payment will be in cash against receipt. Bid must be delivered to SNNP Regional Kembata Tembaro Zone Finance Department, Procurement, Finance & Property Administration Core Process, and Room number 10, Durame Town, at or before 2:00 pm, on the 22nd day of announcement of this invitation for bids notice on the Ethiopian Herald News Paper. Bids shall be opened at 2:30 pm on the some date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend. If there will be public holiday or week end on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Late bids will be rejected.
