- Tenders are invited for Construction of the G+3 Building Bid closing date: 28th Calendar day at 4:00 Local Time Bid opening date: 28th Calendar day at 4:30 Local Time Region: Oromia Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 300,000.00 Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of respective woreda Finance Authority Office upon submission of a written application and non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 /Five hundred Birr/ starting from the date of this announcement up to 28th calendar days. Bidders has to be registered to collect “VAT” and a copy of VAT certificate, trade license, Tax clearance, registration certificate, and registration in the PPA supplier's list certificate must be submitted and attached with the application. Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from the above-mentioned Halu Ana Administration Office. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Bank a guarantee of 300,000 (three Hundred Thousand ETB Birr) valid for 150 days after the date of bid opening. The Bid security must be addressed to Respective Ana Administration Offices by referring to the named project and must be attached to the qualification document.
