- Tenders are invited for Construction of Civil Works, Supply and Installation of Pipes, Fittings and Electro-Mechanical Equipment for Kuneba Town Bids opening date: Nov 11, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 1,000,00 Bid bond: Birr 500,000.00 Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Afar National Regional State, Water, Irrigation and Energy Bureau and inspect the bidding document during office hours 7:00 am - 11:30 am and 3:00pm - 5:30pm. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 1,000,00 (One Thousand). The method of payment will be cash payment. The document will be delivered in person duly authorized to collect the documents. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 (one hundred twenty) days. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 11, 2021 at 10:00a.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on November 11, 2021 at 10:30a.m. in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address indicated below. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birt) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or СРО.
