- Tenders are invited for Construction of the B+G+10 Kolfe Keranio Sub-City Farmers and Urban Agriculture Development Center 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents Prepared In The English Language May Be Purchased By Interested Eligible Bidders From Addis Ababa City Administration Design And Construction Work Bureau, 8th Floor Room No 801,Of Engineering Procurement Directorate Starting From The Date Of Issuance Or Announcement Of The Bid newspaper up on payment of Non Refundable Fee Of ETB 1000/One Thousand, The Method Of Payment Shall Be In Cash And The Tender Remain To Floated For (45) Forty Five Calendar Day Starting From The Date Of Insurance Or Announcement Of The Bid On Newspaper. 5. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand) in the form of a certified cheque of first payable order (CPO) or an unconditional bank guarantee by any Ethiopian bank. The format of the bid security should be in accordance with the form of bid security included in section -4 of bidding forms or another acceptable to the Employer. Bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid and bid shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the bid opening 6. The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attained at Addis Ababa City Administration design and Construction work Bureau ,engineering procurement directorate,8th floor Room no 801 @ 4:30 local time. If the Bid submission day will be weekend or holiday the bid opening day will be the next day.
