- Tenders are invited for Construction and Completion of Public Library G+2 and 2. G+2 Building SME Bids opening date: 22 working day at 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 300,000.00 Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Government Procurement Guideline. Interested Bidders should fulfill the following requirements: This invitation Public Library G+2 ,G+2 Building SME is for all Contractors of GC and BC 5 and Above at Dukem City Administration Trade License on Construction service License Valid for the year 2014 E.C. Competence certificate valid for the year 2014 E.C. VAT Registration Certificate Clearance from Inland Revenue Administration Valid within the bid process time Registration certificate in the suppliers list under Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency Bid Security shall be 300,000 ( Three Hundred Thousand ) Eth. Birr for Each Bid. Interested bidders on the submission of a written application in English language to Dukem City Administration, Finance and cooperative Office may purchase a complete set of bidding documents, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr) Starting from the date of bid announcement on newspaper. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 (Ninety) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a security specified under section 4-(bidding form) shall be delivered to Dukem City Administration Municipality. For Contractors: Bidders shall submit one original and two copies of the Technical Documents in such a way that the original Any Bidder (Contractors) should participate only in one bid. Copy of the Technical Document after being sealed separately shall be placed in a single wax sealed envelope marked as "Technical Document". The Financial Offer Document shall also be produced in the same manner as the technical document and shall be placed in a single wax sealed envelope marked as "Financial Offer Document”. Finally, both documents shall be placed in one outer mother envelope; every envelope should be wax sealed, signed and stamped properly. The Floating period is 21 working day beginning from the date of bid announcement on the newspaper. Bids must be delivered to the address Dukem City Administration Finance and cooperative Office on or before 10:00 AM 22 of working day beginning from the date of bid announcement on the newspaper. If the bid closing or opening date is on holyday, closing or opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bid submission will be rejected. Bids must be opened in the presence of bidder's representative, who chooses to attend in person at Dukem City Administration Finance and cooperative Office at 10:30AM on the same date. Dukem City Administration reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
