- Tenders are invited for Construction of Administration Office Bids opening date: Nov 3, 2021 04:00 AM Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 60,000.00Birr Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at leka Dulecha Woreda finance and economic development Office at address stated below from Monday to Thursday at work time, on Friday from 2:30 to 5:30 and 7:30 to 11:30 A complete set of the bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application and presentation of the documents mention under item (1) above to the address stated below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 500 starting from the first announcement date Submission and opening of the bid will be at Leka Dulecha Woreda Administration Office at the address stated above. a) The bidder shall buy the bidding document until 23/2/2014 11:30 local time b) The deadline of bid submission (both qualification and financial offers) shall be 24/2/2014 at 3:30 Late bid shalt be rejected c) The bidders shall submit the document according to ITB 23.1 and ITB 24.1 d) The qualification document will be opened at 4:00 on the same date of the bid submission e) Any attempt of submission of forged (false) document and or indication of financial offer on the qualification document shall result in automatic rejection of the bidder. f) The client shall not bear any responsibility for misplacement of documents. 5) All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional bank, guarantee of 60,000 ETB (Sixty thousand birr) valid for the date stated in BDS. Qualification document and bid security of the bidders will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address stated as above, on the final date and time of bid submission
