- Tenders are invited for Construction of the Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital Maintenance Bids opening date: Dec 9, 2021 09:00 PM Bid document price: 300 (Three hundred Birr) Bid bond: 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand ETB) In order to receive the bid documents the following points must be fulfilled: a) Copy of renewed construction registration license from the Federal Ministry of Construction for the year 2014 b) Copy of renewed trade license for the current year 2014 c) Copy of Tax Identification Number registration And Copy of VAT Registration Certificate d) Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate for the most current year/2013 e) Payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three hundred Birr). The amount of the Bid security is Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand ETB) in the form of a CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee. Payable to by the Name "Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia". In any other form is not acceptable. And It along with the envelope of the original financial document
