- Tenders are invited for Construct Gumata Chafe Tuma Elementary School Project The Six Woredas, located in OSZSF Zone of Oromia National Regional State, have allocated budget towards the cost of Six woreda elementary school Projects and intends to apply part of the proceeds to eligible payments for the construction works. The names and location are indicated in the table. 1 Insilale Elementary School Blocks: Akeki Woreda of Oszsf 2 Kontoba Elementary School Blocks: Berek Woreda or Oszsf 3 Magno Gora Elementary School: Sebeta Awas Woreda Os Oszsf 4 Darba Elementary School Blocks: Sululta Woreud of Oszsf 5 Goleliban Elemen School Blocks: - Welmera Wereda of Oszsf 6 Kura Kamale: Mulo Woreda of Oszsf Bid document price: 1000 birr Bid bond: 150,000.00 birr Bidding documents may be purchased at the office of Oromia Special Zone Surrounding Finfinne Finance and Economic development Office up on submission of written application and a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,000 ( One thousand) starting fromic 10/9/2013 EC A bidder has to be registered to collect "VAT" and copy of VAT certificate, TIN, trade license, Tax Clearance, registration certificate and Registration in the PPA's Suppliers List certificate must be submitted attached with the application. Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from Oromia special Zone Education Office. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Bank guarantee of 150,000(One hundred fifty thousand Birr) valid for 90 days after the date of bid opening, The Bid Security Must be addressed to Oromia Special Zone Finance and Economic development Office & must be attached to qualification document, Submission and opening of the bid; a) The dead line of bid submission shall be on or before 10:00 AM (4:00 local time) of 09/10/2013 E.C
