Expression of Interest are invited for Conduct Final Evaluation for Csa Project in South Region Applications from individuals or teams are welcome and will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies: Proven track record conducting project evaluation in the area of climate-smart agriculture interventions, Extensive experience and familiarity with participatory research methods Good understanding of the OECD DAC evaluation criteria Sound knowledge and acquaintance with Climate-smart Agriculture, Climate change & sustainable Agriculture in Ethiopia Strong conceptual understanding of Climate change & sustainable Agriculture and mechanism The lead researcher should possess an MSc degree or above in either Climate change & sustainable Agriculture, Rural Development, or any other relevant disciplines. Demonstrable academic and practical experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodology Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills Excellent reporting and presentation skills Fluency in spoken and written English and knowledge of the local language, for a team of consultants
