- Tenders are invited for Proposals for Four (4) Commercial Spaces Located within Meles Zenawi Integrated Services Center (Auc Compound) The closing date for the submission of bids shall be 29 October 2021 at 15:00 hours Addis Ababa Time. For further inquiries please call Tel: +251-11-5517700, Ext 4533 or email: fmu@africa-union.org Site Visit/Informational Meeting All Bidders are hereby notified that there will be a formal Site Visit on Tuesday, October 12th 2021 at 2.30 pm. Participation by representatives of each bidder for on-site visit is mandatory. Each representative is to be present at the AUC premises at that time where he/she will be accompanied by AU Administration and Facilities Management Division-s staff to the premises. This will be the only site visit that will take place and therefore, it is mandatory that each bidder be represented. Registration to the site visit should be received by the AUC Team through email at fmu@africa-union.org by Tuesday, October 5th 2021 at 3.00pm the latest and a confirmation must be received through email by the requester to get access to AUC Compound the day of the site visit. Proposals from bidders must be received by latest Friday, October 29th 2021 at 3.00 PM. Requests for access to AUC Compound to submit proposals must be received by latest Monday, October 25th 2021 by the AUC Team through email at fmu@africaunion.org to be granted access from Tuesday, October 26 th 2021 from 2.00pm until closing date and time. 2.2 Submission by email (Softcopy) Proposals can be also submitted by email at fmu@africa-union.org and must be received by latest Friday, October 29th 2021 at 3.00 PM. All financial data must be protected with confidential access codes (mandatory).
