- Tenders are invited for B+G+8 Clustered Office Building Works at Arbaminch. Bid closing date: 30 (Thirty) calendar days Starting from the date of Notice Published at Herald Newspaper on before 10:00 AM (4:00 Local Time). Bid opening date: On the Thirty-First (31st) day from the first date of this announcement on Herald News Paper at 10:30 AM (4:30 Local Time). Region: SNNPR A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased for 30 (Thirty) calendar days Starting from the date of Notice Published at Herald Newspaper by interested eligible bidders/Candidates on submission of a legally licensed, vat registration certificate, ministry of construction registration certificate, trade license & bid participation supporting letter at the address below at 7(b). And upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 5000.00(Five thousand). The bid document must be delivered to the address below 7(c) on or before 10:00 AM (4:00 Local Time). The bids must be accompanied by an unconditional bank bid security of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand)/CPO payable on first demand address to the employer and separately sealed within the technical Original document. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d).
