- The ILO PROSPECTS Ethiopia intends to implement the I-UPSHIFT social innovation programme which will target refugee and host community youth and equip them with the skills and resources to identify problems in their communities and come up with solutions addressing them, from a business perspective. To expand on the experience of Uganda and Sudan, the ILO PROSPECTS program intends to replicate the program and use the methodology, technical capacities, tools, and manuals already developed to collaboratively deliver I-UPSHIFT program in Ethiopia with implementation in the refugee camps and host community areas of the Amhara and Benishangul Gumuz Regions.
