Call for External Collaborators - Develop and implement the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan for the ILO SAW-A Project, under the guidance of the Labour Relations and Working Conditions Branch (INWORK) of the Conditions of Work and Equality Department
The objective of the assignment is to (1) develop the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan for the "Setting Adequate Wages: a focus on Agriculture" project, (2) set up a robust M&E framework and (3) ensure adequate systems and tools to manage the process of assessing and reporting progress towards achieving project outputs and outcomes. The M&E plan will also ensure that comparable data are collected on a regular and timely basis.
